Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 reduced fat peanut butter
- 4 cups Post Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 3 minutes or just until mixture boils, stirring every minute. Add cereal; mix to coat well.
Press firmly into foil-lined 9 X 13 pan that has been lightly sprayed. Cool. Cut into bars.
Yield: 30 bars.
