Potato Casserole

easy recipe to double and make for a large group, you just have to bake longer.

Ingredients

  • 1- 1lb pkg frozen hashbrowns(loose kind)
  • 1 can crean of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 cup grated chedder cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup corn flakes(crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown onion in butter until transparent.
Stir in crushed corn flakes.
In bowl combine hashbrowns, cheeses, sour cream and soup.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan.
Pat onion and corn flakes over top of hasbrown.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
