Ingredients
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 6-oz. pkg. radishes
- 1/2 lb. feta cheese
- 1 6-oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk dressing ingredients. Add radishes, cut in bite-sized pieces, and remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 45 minutes to blend flavors.
