Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can of white beans (rinsed, save the liquid)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp Tobasco sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Curry
  • 1/4 cup of liquid from beans (add water if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve with Mary's Gone Crackers or fresh cut veggies
