Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cubed steak
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 2 cups onion (sliced better than chopped)
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 can beefy mushroom sou
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 T. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

cut steak into serving size pieces
Sprinkle S&P
Pplace carrots over beef and onion
Combine:
soup, tomato sauce, sugar.
Pour over carrots.
Cover
