Ingredients
- 2 pounds cubed steak
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cups onion (sliced better than chopped)
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 can beefy mushroom sou
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 T. sugar

Step 1
cut steak into serving size pieces
Sprinkle S&P
Pplace carrots over beef and onion
Combine:
soup, tomato sauce, sugar.
Pour over carrots.
Cover
Cook
