Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Ingredients

  • Thin sliced chicken cutlets
  • Ham or Prosciutte
  • swiss cheese
  • egg
  • Italian Bread crumbs
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Layer chicken with ham and cheese. Roll and close with tooth pick. Dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Wrap partiall with foil and sprinkle with bread crumbs and a pat of butter. Repeat with each cutlet and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
