Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- grated parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
in a small sauce pan on med/high heat coat with pan and heat.
Add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in pasta, broth, wine, thyme and bring to a boil
Cover and reduce heat to simmer 5 minutes. stir in chives, lemon juice and parmesan.
Serve immediately
