Ingredients

  • carrots, potato, see bekiw

Preparation

Step 1

saute carrots & potato with mustard, sugar s, p, thyme. Then added brandy and chicken stock and brought out a flame. Take them out and put in a bowl.
Do the same thing to the chipolini onions and garlic. Once they are done, throw the other veggies back into the pan.

Add more stock to make a sauce Put the chicken in a pan, add the veggies and cook in the oven.
