Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the buns; mix well. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.
Grill patties 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear and no pink remains. Serve on buns.
