Ingredients
- 6 ounces pasta
- 2 1/4 cups diced plum tomato
- 1/3 cup capers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces Monterey jack cheese, cubed
- 16 ounces navy beans
- 1 ounce salami, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain
2. Combine tomato and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add pasta to tomato mixture, tossing well to combine.
