Act of Violets

Ingredients

• 2 shots Bombay Original London dry gin
• 1/3 shot Martini Extra dry vermouth
• 2/3 shots Benoit Serres créme de violette
• 2/3 shots Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
• 1/2 fresh Egg white

Preparation

Step 1

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass, dust with grated nutmeg.
