  • ◾1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • ◾1 C. almonds
  • ◾1/2 C. almond paste
  • ◾1/2 C. sugar
  • ◾Juice and zest from 1 lemon
  • ◾3 medium eggs
  • ◾1/2 C. cream
  • ◾1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the almonds, almond paste and sugar in a food processor and process to grind the nuts. Stop the processor and add the lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, cream and almond extract. Process to blend well. Pour mixture on crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream
