Ham Balls - Meat From Fareway 2-9-15
- 2 or 3 lbs. meat from Fareway
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Can Tomato Soup, no water
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
In a large bowl, combine ham loaf, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Shape into balls and place into a baking dish.
Then stir together tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard and pour over ham balls.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn balls every 1/2 hour. Sauce thickens as it cooks.
