Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 or 3 lbs. meat from Fareway
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup, no water
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ham loaf, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Shape into balls and place into a baking dish.

Then stir together tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard and pour over ham balls.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn balls every 1/2 hour. Sauce thickens as it cooks.
