Ingredients
- 1 T unsalted butter
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 T tomato paste
- 1 1/2 T achiote paste
- 2 T white vinegar
- 2 c chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
. Saute onion and garlic until soft, add in the rest of the ingredients and cook together 10 minutes
. Blend the sauce until smooth
