Mom's Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 package spaghetti noodles
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Rotisserie chicken (white and dark meat-shredded)
  • 1 small jar of pimentos
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green olives (optional)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag of grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and water (according to package directions-al dente). Drain.

Combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, pimentos, onion, olives, soups and 3/4 of the bag of cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Bake for 60 minutes.
