  • 8 tsp kosher salt

  • 1.6 TBL black pepper
  • 1.6 TBL sugar
  • 0.8 TBL crushed red pepper*
  • 0.8 TBL cumin seed
  • 0.8 TBL oregano*
  • 0.8 TBL fennel seed*
  • 0.2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 cup red wine
  • 1.6 TBL garlic powder
