  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb ham, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 4 oz mushrooms

Step 1

Beat eggs, add milk. Melt butter in a frying pan and scramble eggs. Place eggs in 9x13 pan. On top of eggs add ham, then mushrooms. Spread soup over all. Spread cheese over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 250 degrees for 50 minutes uncovered. Can be made ahead and refrigerated but not frozen.
