Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 4 tablespoons peach schnapps
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 7 ingredients; blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9 1/2" bundt pan. Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. While cake is still warm, poke holes all around. Pour schnapps mixture over cake. Allow to cool 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
