Pork Chops with Sage

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. chopped sage
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 thick cut pork chops
  • oil
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube



Step 1

Mix together salt, sage and pepper. Rub thoroughly into chops.
Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops on both sides.
Preheat oven to 375.
Meanwhile place butter, water and bouillon cube in saucepan and heat until butter is melted.
Place browned chops into oven safe dish and pour butter mixture over top.
Place in oven for 45 minutes.
