Ingredients
- 1 stewing chicken
- lawry's
- garlic
- 3-4 onions
- 2 tomatoes (cut up)
- 1 1/2 LBS grd beef
- 1 grated onion
Preparation
Step 1
season 1 cut-up stewing chicken w/ lawry's & garlic
brown chnicken in dutch oven in sm. amt. oil - take out
brown 3-4 onions (cut in chunks)
add chicken & tomatoes to onions
add sm amt. (1-2C) water
cover pot - cook over low flame
stir frequently (keep wet)
cook 2-1/2 - 3 HRS
meat balls:
SEASON GR. BEEF IN LAWRY'S & GARLIC
ADD GRATED OR CHOPPED ONIONS
MAKE MEAT BALLS
BROWN SLIGHTLY
ADD TO CHICKEN (UNCOOKED) DURING LAST HR. OF COOKING
