Layered Ranchero Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Bean Dip
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2/3 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Cans chopped green chilies
  • 4 Med. size Avacados
  • 2 Tblsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cups sliced green onions
  • 2 Cups chopped tomatoes
  • 6 oz. can pitted chopped black olives
  • Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

On a 15x10 or larger shallow serving platter, thinly spread bean dip. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonaise and taco seasoning. Mix together and spread over bean dip. Sprinkle with chilies. Peel, pit and mash avacados; combine with lime juice, salt and garlic powder. Spread that over chilies. Sprinkle with the Cheddar Cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives.

Serve with Tortilla Chips
