Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together. Blend in dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts; mix well. Transfer to 9 x 13 baking dish and bake 45 - 60 minutes.
