CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 5 cans (11oz) shoe peg white corn drained
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 C butter - softened
  • 1 sm. can chopped green chiles NOT drained
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • S & P
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cream together butter & cream cheese in lg. bowl
fold in chilies
add drained corn, white peppr & 1C of cheddar cheese
aadd S & P to taste
spread mix. into 9x13" pan
cover corn mix. w/ remaining cheddar cheese

bake @350 for 30 min
