Ingredients
- 4 LB roast (chuck, round or sirloin tip)
- S & P, garlic salt
- 3 TBL oil
- small bottle coca cola
- 14 oz chili sauce
- worcestershire sauce
- tabasco sauce
Preparation
Step 1
score roast in several places
fill each slit w/ S & P and garlic salt
sear roast on all sides in oil
remove, drain or blot fat from roast
place roast in foil lined pan
pour coke, chili sauce over roast, then worcestershire & tabasco sauce
cover loosely w/ foil & bake 3 hrs @325
