Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oats and buttermilk.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, salt and brown sugar. Stir well to blend.
Add egg and oil to oat mixture.
Add oat mixture all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir until just moistened.
Gently fold in blueberries
Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
