Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1 c sugar
- 4 hibiscus tea bags
- orange juice
- sparkling wine

Preparation
Step 1
Heat water and sugar in a pot, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add tea bags and steep, off the heat, 15 minutes; chill. Pour 1/4 c orange juice into each glass; top with sparkling wine and 2-3 tbs of the hibiscus syrup.
