• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. ketchup
• 2 tbsp. horseradish (little less)
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
• dash ground pepper
• dash cayenne pepper
