Ingredients
- 1 bottle (16oz) russian or catalina salad dressing
- 2/3 C apricot preserves
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Step 1
in bowl, combine all ingredients (less chicken)
place chicken in ungreased 1x7x2" baking pan
top w/ dressing mixture
cover & bake @350 for 20 min
baste
bake uncovered 20 min. longer or until chicken juices run clear
