Ingredients
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3.5-4 lbs) or 2 cornish hens
- 2 tbs. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tbs. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all spices in a small bowl and stir in water by the teaspoonful until a paste forms.
2. Spray slow cooker with Pam and place chicken in, breast side up.
3. Coat the chicken inside and out w/ paste.
4. Cook on low in crockpot for 6-7 hours, or high for 3.5-4.5 hours.
