This doughnut recipe is from Cooks Country from New Orleans



Oil heat to 350 degree Flour surface and put half of dough on surface and pat in a rectangle then roll to 9 x 10 inches. Cut 12 squares and put on parchment paper that has lots of flour on it. Then fry in hot oil a few pieces at a time. 3 minutes Take out and drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
