CHICKEN IN EVERY POT PIE

Ingredients

  • 4 C cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 C chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 C frozen peas
  • 3-4 med carrots, cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of
  • mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 C biscuit/baking mix
  • 1 1/4 C milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

in a saucepan, combine chicken, broth, peas, carrots, soup, S & P
bring to boil, stirring occassionally

meanwhile,c ombine biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder & celery seed (mixture will be thin).
pour hot chicken mixture into 8 greased ovenproof 10-oz custard cups or casseroles

immediately spoon 1/4 C of biscuit mix. evenly on top of each
sprinkle w/ paprika

bake uncovered @350 for 30-35 min or until golden brown
