Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 2 boxes Betty Crocker pound cake mix
  • 2 boxes lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 1/4 cups Wesson oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • Icing:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oleo
  • Juice of two lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Dissolve jello in apricot nectar, add remaining ingredients stirring well.
Bake in 3 greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour. While still hot pour icing over loaves.
