Crab Imperial Mixture

This stuffing is ideal for large shrimp - simply butterfly the shrimp and place the split side up in a well butter dish. Fill with stuffing and sprinkle with a bit of paprika and butter at 500 degrees for 2 or 3 minutes.

Ingredients
- Bring 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Melt 1/2 tbsp. butter in another saucepan. Stir in 1 tbsp. flour. Pour milk into butter mixture, berating with wire whisk until smooth and creamy. Cool.
Preparation

Stir in 1 well-beaten egg, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. celery salt, 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. Worchester sauce and 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley.
Place 1 pound crabmeat in a large bowl. Remove any pieces of shell if necessary. Add cream mixture; mix well, but gently.
