Ingredients
- 2 C. Velveta cheese diced
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 C. half-and-half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1 T. parsley
- 12 eggs slightly beaten until yolks are just broken
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spread cheese evenly in bottom of 9X13 pan or 3 qt baking dish. Put butter around cheese.
Combine salt, pepper, mustard and parsley. Pour half the mixture over the cheese and butter. Add slightly beaten eggs and remainder of mixture by spooning over eggs.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
