Ingredients
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled and set aside
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 c peeled and cubed potatoes
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 4-6 c chicken stock
- 1/2 lb. diced polish sausage or kielbasa
- 1 16oz, can of cannellini beans or white beans

Preparation
Step 1
. Cook vegetables until soft, saute sausage until lightly brown
. Add seasoning and cover with broth simmer for 20 minutes, add in in bacon
