Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 5-6 oz. Capalini or Vermicelli noodles (cooked)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. Ragu sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup small curd cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 small diced onion.

Grease pan. Layer noodles/cheese/meat sauce - repeat. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Freezes well.
