Ingredients
- 16oz can of refried beans
- 3 avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 16 oz. jar of salsa - drained
- 6oz can black olives - drained
- 3-4 sliced scallions
- 8oz bag shredded Mexican blend cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Assemble by layer in 13x9 pyrex
1 - Refried beans
2 - 3 avocados mashed. Mix with lime juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
3 - Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning
4 - add salsa
5 - add olives
6 - add scallions (sliced)
7 - add shredded cheddar over top
