White Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans, Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn, drained
  • 1 lg. tomato, chopped
  • 3-4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In lg. bowl, combine oil, vinegar, br. sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the corn, tomato, onions and bell peppers, toss to combine. Cover, refrigerate until serving time.
