Ingredients
- 2 cream cheese
- 2 c. cooked shredded chicken (2 green pkgs.)
- 1 1/3 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend (I used 4 cheese blend)
- 1 tsp. finely minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 4 green onions chopped
- 10 oz. can Rotel, drained
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 pkgs. burrito sized tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Spread 2 heaping spoonfuls of filling on each tortilla. Roll up and cut into slices.
