Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 to 2 tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir meat until brown. Drain off fat. Cook macaroni as directed on package and drain. In ungreased 2 qt. casserole, mix all ingredients except potato chips. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with potato chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
