Preparation
Step 1
Take rolls from the freezer, place on a cookie sheet, and wrap them in plastic. Allow to thaw about 45 minutes. When thawed, cut each roll in half. Combine melted butter and seasonings together in a bowl. Dip each piece of bread dough in the butter mixture. Place ½ cup Parmesan cheese in a small bowl and coat each piece of dough with it, before placing them in a prepared 9 inch spring form pan. Top the dough pieces with the remaning Parmesan cheese and allow to rise for about 2 – 2 ½ hours in a warm place.Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until the center dough is completely cooked. You may want to cover the bottom of the spring form pan with foil, to prevent butter from leaking out during cooking. Just to be safe.* I used 24 rolls instead of 16 and baked it for 5-10 extra minutes.
