Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 3 Tsp. sugar
- 1 egg unbeaten
- food coloring optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients into smooth batter. Dip in rosette mold and put in heated shortening. Cook till golden brown. Heat shortening to 365 in electric skillet
