Garllic Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsely
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pita bead wedges

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the beans, mayonnaise, pasley, lemon jujice, garlic and salt; cover and process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with pita bread.
