- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shortening
- 4-5 Tablespoons 4-5 Tablespoons cold water

Step 1
Mix with pastry cutter roll out with a floured board
transfer to pie pan trim off edges or fold under and flute edges
if recipe calls for baked crust
prick bottom and sides well with a fork
Bake in hot oven 450 degrees
10-12 minutes
