Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 scallions - green onions
  • 16 green olives
  • 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • black ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place the tomatoes in a salad bowl that has been rubbed with the cut garlic. Add the cucumber, peppers, onions, olives, and feta. Sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar and pepper over the salad. Stir thoroughly. Top with oregano.
