Ingredients
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil for frying the fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and coat fillets in oil - coat both sides of fish with dry mixture.
Cook at high heat for 5 minutes or so.
