Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic; crushed
- 1/2 flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 chicken broth
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cans tiny shrimp; drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, stir in garlic and flour. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat, add milk and broth. Heat to boiling - boil for 1 minute. Stir in mozzarella, onions, basil and pepper - cook until melted.
Spread 1 1/2 cups sauce into ungreased baking dish. Top with 3 noodles. Spread cottage cheese over noodles, crabmeat and shrimp. (more cheese to sauce.) Top with remaining noodles, cheese sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered. 35-40 minutes
Let stand for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
