Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fresh or canned tomatoes
- 2/3 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- veggies of choice, diced
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic or garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. turmeric

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
