Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp basil
  • salt & pepper
  • french bread sliced thin
  • olive oil to brush on bread

Preparation

Step 1

Cut loaf of bread. Brush each slice with olive oil. Bake at 375 until browned.

Combine all other ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate. Leave out at room temp for 15-20 min prior to serving.
